Together

  • “You can never change just one behavior.” — BJ Fogg, Behavior Design Lab at Stanford University

1:1 Somatic Coaching sessions are grounded in the belief that the mind, brain, and body are deeply interconnected and constantly influencing one another.

Each session takes a holistic, nervous system-informed approach to support you in expanding in your relationships, sexuality, and connection to self in a way that feels authentic to you.

Through somatic tools and practices rooted in neuroplasticity — “the brain's ability to change and adapt throughout life by modifying its structure, functions, or neural pathways” (Fisher, 2025) — we create small, sustainable shifts that can create meaningful change over time.

Rather than focusing on perfection or massive overnight transformation, our work together focuses on creating supportive behavioral patterns that can lead to a ripple effect throughout your emotional, relational, and sexual well-being.

    Areas of support include:

    • understanding your anatomy

    • mapping your personal erogenous zones

    • building sexual confidence

    • navigating performance anxiety

    • orgasm support

    • erectile dysfunction (ED)

    • sexual shame

    • high or low sexual desire

    • desire differences between partners

    • setting and honoring boundaries

    • building emotional safety

    • exploring fantasies and desire

    • sexuality exploration

    • becoming more connected to your body and its needs

Couples Somatic Coaching sessions are grounded in the belief that relationships are living systems — shaped by the interconnectedness of the mind, brain, and body, as well as by the relational patterns of both partners.

Each session takes a holistic, nervous system-informed approach to support couples in creating deeper emotional safety, communication, intimacy, and connection.

Whether you’re a couple just starting out or you’ve been together for some time, learning opportunities are available to you at any stage.

Through somatic tools and practices rooted in neuroplasticity — “the brain's ability to change and adapt throughout life by modifying its structure, functions, or neural pathways” (Fisher, 2025) — we create small, sustainable shifts that can create meaningful change within your relationship over time.

Together, we’ll meet where your relationship is currently at to understand the “you + me + us”.

Before you are a couple, you are individuals, and we will look at all three parts that make up your relationship.

Our work will help you to understand how patterns, behaviors, and nervous system responses shape you — and how to harness your power to change them.

Together, we create supportive individual and relational practices that can lead to a ripple effect throughout your emotional, relational, and sexual well-being.

    Areas of support may include:

    • improving communication and conflict navigation

    • understanding nervous system responses within relationships
